My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were lovely, comfortable, clean, and spacious. The food served during breakfast and tea time was fantastic with generous portions that were piping hot. The staff, especially Adele at reception and Renell in the restaurant, were incredibly lovely and helpful. However, the rooms could do with a makeover as they seemed a little grubby. Overall, my experience was great as the hotel had everything we needed.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the town center and castle, making it a great spot to explore. On the bright side, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The location was great for walking to the castle and enjoying the local riverside walk, offering superb value and attention to detail.
